You have been provided the link to this page so you can select and reserve your preferred table for the November, 2025, Jingle & Mingle event in Tisch Mills. The online reservation form is located at the bottom of this page. Before you proceed, we strongly encourage that you review the following information about exhibiting and about reserving a table.

This online reservation form is hosted by The Forst Inn Arts Collective. Consequently, at the top of the page you will find a variety of menu links that are not related to Jingle & Mingle. You are welcome to explore those links, but you will not find a direct link to this page in those menus. If you navigate off of this page, you'll need to use your link (or use the back button) to find it again. :-)

First, we recommend that you DO NOT try to make this reservation with your phone. The event venue map is fairly large and you will find it awkward to navigate it on your phone. Use a laptop or pc with a good mouse and you'll have a happier experience. That said, you can do this on your phone if you're adept.
A Few Particulars
Businesses will be open to exhibitors on the day of the event at 6:30 AM for setting up.
Buildings will open to public at 9:00 AM.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own booth security.
All exhibit spaces are approximately 10x10-foot space and you need to stay within the designated area allowed per space. If you need more space, you need an additional booth entry.
Bring your own props, tables or chairs to sit on.
Only 2 exhibitors are allowed in each space.
All entries must be original, created by the artist or craftsman.
After you have completed your table reservation, we will send you a form to provide us with some additional information about your needs and product mix, and business or product images for Jingle & Mingle 2025. Please complete that form at your earliest convenience. It will assist us with promoting your participation.
NON-ACCEPTABLE ITEMS: Items aimed more toward “flea markets” are generally not acceptable. All items on display must be priced and for sale.
ANY GIVEAWAYS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH INDIVIDUAL BOOTH/CRAFTER AND ARE NOT COMMUNICATED OR MANAGED BY THE JINGLE & MINGLE COMMITTEE.

By completing your reservation of a table, you are agreeing to the following hold harmless agreement.
The participating vendor holds neither the Tisch Mills Businesses, Village of Tisch Mills, its officers, nor the surrounding townships responsible for the accidental loss or damage of any kind to our merchandise. I also understand that the fee is $50.00 with a service fee of $3. ($20.00 of which will go toward advertising of this event.)

Once you scroll down and load the venue map, you have a variety of options for navigating the various venues.
At first, you will be presented with a map of all of the venues. You can zoom in and out to see the full map or the specific venues to select your tables.
All Vendor tables are $50. There is a $3 fee for our reservation processor. Total cost per table is $53.00.

- You can use your mouse to move around the venue map and you can use the icons in the upper right hand corner of the map to enlarge or zoom in on specific venues within the map.
- If your mouse as a scroll wheel, that will also zoom in or out within the map.
- You can also move about the map by grabbing the map with your mouse and moving it as you prefer.
- Click on a square table icon to add it to your reservation.

A Note About Available Tables: If you are a returning vendor, you may be able to locate and reserve your table from a previous year. That said, we make no guarantees as to the availability of specific tables. We are offering returning vendors the first opportunity to reserve tables, so if you have responded promptly to the notification that table reservations are available, you are likely to be successful in securing your preferred table.

If you select a table but do not complete or cancel the transaction and close the browser window, that table will be unavailable for about fifteen minutes.

After you have selected your table(s) select "Checkout" to add it to your cart. At this stage, you will be asked to provide your name and email to continue. The system will remember your name and email so you shouldn't need to add it again.
You are now able to finalize your vendor table registration. Select the "Finalize Reservation" button and proceed. You should now see the dialogue box displayed at the right (or below). Since this is our first year using this system, you do not currently have an account. You may check out either as a guest or you can create a new account. The end result is the same. (If you happen to be a Forst Inn patron, you might have an account, but if you use the guest checkout option it shouldn't matter.) |
