Whether a wedding, corporate planning retreat, company party, or other private event, The Forst Inn offers an intimate, historic venue for your next event.
Weekends are generally scheduled for the year by December of the prior year, so if you are considering The Forst for a weekend event we recommend that you make your inquiry well advance.

Theater: Seats 68 to 80 (can be adjusted to seat up to 100 with mix of table and non-table seating.) Stage is 26'x12' and can be used for additional seating, entertainment, dance space, etc. Lighting system includes 20 channels and light stock is a mix of Source 4 and LED instruments. Basic PA system in place.

Lounge: Adjacent to theatre and pub. Chairs and couches to accommodate about 20. Buffet counter.
Pub: Tables and stools provide seating for 30. Full bar is available for host supervised beverage dispensing. Open beverage dispensing is optional but all beverages must be purchased through The Forst Inn. Sitting Room and adjacent spaces are located adjacent the bar and are suitable for casual congregating of guests. The kitchen is not available for cooking, but has ample space for staging catering and light food prep. |

Full Facility One Day Event Rental: Includes theatre, lounge, pub, sitting room and kitchen. $400
Full Facility Short Term Event Rental (4 Hour Rental): $250
Meeting Rental: Our pub, lounge, or theatre is a great space to hold your meetings. Meetings include beverage service. No charge for non-profits or community groups. $20 per hour for business groups.
Technical Support is available for all events. $20 per hour.
Discounts available for events scheduled for Monday-Wednesday.
Outside Performing Group Rental Rates
Provides access to the theatre for preparation (Monday-Wednesday) and full facility access for performances (Thursday-Saturday) or similar schedule: $800 per week.
