One of literature's most enduring young heroines, Meg Murry, is back--braces, stubbornness and all. Once again, she's joining forces with Mrs. Whatsit, Charles Wallace, Calvin O'Keefe and more to battle the forces of evil so she can rescue her father, save humanity and find herself. In the end, we know two things for sure: 1. Love CAN overcome evil and 2. There IS such a thing as a tesseract. Directed by Gavin J. Annette.

Meet the Ensemble

Picture
Carrie Counihan (Mrs Whatsit) is excited to kick off her third season at The Forst Inn and honored to have the chance to bring one of her favorite childhood characters, Mrs. Whatsit, to life. She appeared last season as Mrs. Banks in Barefoot in the Park, Rebekah In Anatomy of Gray and Claire in Proof and previously as Doris in their production of Same Time Next Year, Stella in Streetcar Named Desire and Nicky in Smell of the Kill. Carrie has appeared in various Indie films as well as productions & readings with Isadoora Theatre, Rogue Theater (Ann Deever in All My Sons) & the former TAPworks theatre in Door County, WI and worked for Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago. She is so excited to now be part of the Forst Inn family.

Picture
Jillian Hoffmann (Camazotz Girl) is so excited to be a part of her first show at The Forst Inn stage! Her first theater experience was for Masquers (A Wonderful Life) in 2018. Jillian was also a scare actor for about 2 years, but she was first introduced to the amazing story of Wrinkle in Washington Middle School (2019) as Gavin directed that show as well. She had the honor of playing the role of of Ms. Whatsit. They couldn’t direct that show due to covid, but late last year when she found out Gavin was directing this amazing show again but bigger and better, she was thrilled and wanted to get involved! When she is not busy at school, she is working, listening to music, doing art/makeup, or hanging out with her friends and family!

Picture
Elliott Lotto (Chris Henderson/Camazotz Boy) is excited to be returning to the Forst Inn for its production of A Wrinkle In Time, after having two previous roles at the theatre, as Billy in On Golden Pond, and Christian Bechdel in Fun Home. When not on stage, Elliott can often be found either, watching out for his four younger siblings, or pursuing his other hobbies, such as, illustration, reading and playing his favorite video game, Minecraft

Phillip Lotto (Father) is honored and humbled to be in his first stage performance at the Forst Inn amongst such a fantastic cast and crew. Phillip has had the privilege of watching two of his own talented kids perform here, inspiring him to give it try. Now, he is grateful for the opportunity to share this experience with his son Elliott. Offstage, Phillip enjoys his time with his wife and their 4, soon to be 5, kids on a 35 acre farm in Algoma where he cares for their many animals, and is usually building or repairing something. Enjoy the show!

Heather Love (Mother/Camazotzian/Aunt Beast) is excited to be returning to the Forst Inn stage. Her first experience here was doing "Smell of the Kill", where she played the role of Debra and worked with a really amazing cast.
Heather is originally from Denmark, but after high school moved to CA and then NC, which is where she met her husband and had a son. They moved to the area several years ago (and are still getting used to these WI winters!). You may have seen the three of them on stage together in the recent Masquers production of "A Christmas Story" in Manitowoc. It was a really cool experience to do a show as a family. It's so great to have the opportunity to do theatre in this area. Thank you for coming to the show and supporting us! There's just something special about this quaint little theatre, and it's wonderful to be a part of it.

Picture
Karter Mueller (Teacher/Camazotzian/Beast) is thrilled and honored to be doing his second show at The Forst Inn. You may have seen Karter in October in Carrie: The Musical. Karter was drawn to audition for A Wrinkle in Time due to his childhood love for the book. It was always a musical that Karter would’ve loved to see come to the area and he had to jump on the opportunity when it arrived! When not at The Forest Inn, you can find Karter working, or spending time with family and friends! We hope you’re all ready for this whimsical experience, and Karter would like to thank everyone who helped make this production possible!

Picture
Blaine Rezach (Calvin) is ready to kick off the new season with a big bang! After playing various types of roles last season, it’s nice to play a character like Calvin, someone more comfortable and relatively relatable to start. He’d like to thank director, Gavin, for allowing him the opportunity to bring one of his dream shows to life on stage and his fellow cast/crew for making this production fun and fulfilling. He hopes you enjoy your time connecting with the story and characters.

Picture
Marty Schaller (Principal Jenkins/Red Eyes) is excited to join the fabulous cast of Wrinkle to bring this classic tale to the Forst stage. His previous roles at the Forst include “Crutch” in Anatomy of Gray and Einstein in Picasso at the Lapin Agile.  Marty is mostly retired from a career in health care and enjoys doing theater stuff with wife Sara and daughter Em, golfing, and spending time in AZ during cold WI winters.

Picture
Megan Schauer (The Happy Medium/Postmistress/Camazotzian) is delighted to be returning to the Forst Inn stage as The Happy Medium. This is her fourth Forst Inn production, having previously performed in She Kills Monsters as Vera/Evil Tina, Moth in Midsummer, and Homer in Anatomy of Gray. She has been performing since she was six years old. Fourteen years later, she is still constantly performing. You may have seen her portraying princesses around the Green Bay Area with The Princess co and causing screams and nightmares during autumn with Terror on the Fox, where she most recently played the role of the Blood Queen. She would like to thank her friends and family for all their support over the years and hopes you’ll enjoy being whisked off through time and space for A Wrinkle In Time!

Picture
Katie Schroeder (Mrs Who) is excited to be bringing one of her favorite childhood stories to life. She has performed in live and digital productions with numerous other groups along the lakeshore, but is thrilled to be returning to the Forst Inn stage, having last appeared as in the inaugural pub show, "Picasso at the Lapin Agile." She is grateful to Gavin and this amazing cast and crew for making this such a fun experience, and to her partner Eric for his support (and tolerating the late nights!). She hopes you enjoy our planet-hopping adventure!

Picture
Falon Scott (Charles Wallace) is overjoyed to be working with The Forst Inn for the first time. After moving here from Arkansas she made a spectacular Green Bay debut in GBCT’s production of “These Shining Lives”. She’d like to thank her boyfriend, friends, family, and her coworkers for supporting her and listening to her go on and on about this show. Falon has always held this story near and dear to her heart and she hopes you leave feeling the same.

Picture
Grace Sergott (Meg) is delighted to be a part of her fourth show at The Forst Inn, after being seen onstage last year as Corie in “Barefoot in the Park,” Janet in “Yankee Tavern,” and Tilly in “She Kills Monsters.” Grace graduated from Bradley University in ‘21 with her degree in Theatre with a concentration on Performance.  As always, she would like to give a shout out to her family, her friends, her Calvin, and her cat (Ollie). Thank you for loving me in all of my foolishness and weakness. You are the lights of my life, and the treasures of my heart. We hope you all enjoy the show, and wish you the best of luck trying to resist IT.

Picture
Lydia Skarivoda (Mrs Which) is excited to make her Forst Inn debut in this magical show. You may have seen her most recently in the Green Bay area in These Shining Lives with the Green Bay Community Theatre, and in Much Ado About Nothing with Play by Play theatre. She'd like to thank her friends, family, and partner for their unending support, and her cat Willow for helping her memorize her lines.
