Past Events: August, 2021
Five Southern women, whose friendships began many years ago on their college swim team, set aside a long weekend every August to recharge those relationships. Free from husbands, kids, and jobs, they meet at the same beach cottage on North Carolina’s Outer Banks to catch up, laugh, and meddle in each other’s lives. The show focuses on four of those weekends and spans a period of thirty-three years. A hilarious and touching comedy about friendships that last forever…

Nannette Macy as Lexi
Active in theater throughout the universe, this is only Nan's second time on the Forst Inn stage-- aside from the many hours she has spent on set design the past few seasons. Nan also volunteers as our art gallery curator and is helping to bring in some new musical talent and other activities. Stay tuned! Nan lives in Green Bay were she is pack leader for three 4-legged family members. She is the proud mom to three gainfully employed offspring and "Nana" to two grandsons.

Shannon Paige as Jeri Neal
Shannon is grateful to have the opportunity to perform her first ever staged play at the Forst Inn with these talented young ladies. She finds the comedy in the show is essential during these rough times. Performing this show to take the audiences mind off of the world and current events, and to do it in a safe and comfortable place is extremely rewarding for us all. Highlighted works include: Into the Woods(Jack’s Mother), Zombie Prom(Choreographer/Candy), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee(Logainne), and Rabbit Hole(Stage Manager). You can also catch her caroling every Christmas as a singing elf in the Forst Inn’s Mistletoe Musings. When not at the Forst Inn, she is usually home with her 2 fluffball children and working at Forefront Dermatology. She hopes you enjoy the show and laugh loud and hard as the world needs more laughter nowadays. Stay safe.

Vicki has performed in several productions at the Forst Inn - the most recent during A Streetcar Named Desire and the upcoming On Golden Pond.
